FSI's experts bring to your organization exceptional depth knowledge and breadth of experience.  Our practitioners are Practitioner Certified through the Safe Quality Food Institute.  FSI provides an SQF educational readiness service - a service that has proven to valuable in assisting its clients in preparing for SQF certification. Our representatives are required to pass the SQF Institute and Alchemy examinations for implementing SQF systems, with a minimum score of 90%. We integrate plant manufacturing experience, industry experience, and scholastic knowledge, while delivering our clients the most comprehensive food safety program support in the industry today.

FSI's experts are certified by the Joint Institute For Food Safety And Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN) and University of Maryland (UMD) to be your on-site trainer for Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) training.
