Phase I
Policy and observations audit, accompanied by comprehensive documentation
• Desk Audit of your sites existing CIP documentation, to include CIP chart review
• CIP performance audit of the CIP system(s) during operating times to include flow rate validation and efficacy validation (ATP)
• Audit of any ancillary equipment supporting the CIP skid(s)
• Provide a complete written document of observations and any performance improvement recommendations

Phase II
Classroom training workshop, accompanied by workshop training materials
• Safety while working with and around the CIP system
• CIP system components and Understanding of CIP hydraulic balance
