FSI has experience in Plant Design and Engineering from floor to ceiling.  FSI facility designs and engineering consulting is FDA guideline compliant.

·         FSI can provide a vast network of industry professionals while choosing equipment vendors, contractors and industry support specialists.  FSI understands budgets and works with industry specialists to provide clients with multiple competitive bid packages

·         FSI understands timelines and has proven success in meeting those time lines.  FSI utilizes a time line action plan while working with vendors, contractors and specialists

·         FSI specializes in 3-A compliant process flow design as it relates to both product processing and product recovery. Our experience allows us to understand points in your process flow that present potential product loss and we implement both loss prevention design and food safe recovery systems

·         With expertise in food and beverage sanitation, FSI process and production designs follow FDA guidance for cleanability

Plant Start-up

·         Start-up agreements are all inclusive; FSI provides all FSI services during Plant Start-ups. FSI will build your food category and site specific written food safety and food quality plan with supporting documents.  FSI compliments your efforts as a liaison, while communicating and working with regulatory agencies.  Our on-site, hands-on, face to face team building, coaching and training is another one of our specialties.
